Find your exact age in years, months, and days — plus the day of the week you were born, your age in weeks and days, and how long until your next birthday.
The calculator counts complete calendar years from your birth date, then complete months, then the days left over. That's the same way ages are figured for official purposes. Because months differ in length, the "days" part can shift by a day or two depending on which months your birthday spans — that's normal, not an error.
Leap-day babies get a real birthday only every four years. In the other years, this calculator rolls your age over on March 1, the most widely used convention. You still get full credit for every year.
Alongside the year-month-day answer, the calculator shows your age as a total count of months, weeks, days, and hours — handy for milestone-spotting. Your 10,000th day, for instance, lands about four and a half months after you turn 27.
This tool measures chronological age: the time passed since birth. Biological age — how old your body seems based on health markers — is a different idea and can't be computed from dates alone.
This tool is for general information. Dates are calculated in your device's local time zone.
